Carrefour’s Atacadão to Come to France in 2023

As part of its strategic plan for the next five years, Carrefour, Europe’s largest food retailer, announced that its Brazilian discount chain Atacadão will expand into France in the fall of 2023. Another key part of Carrefour’s plans is to grow private label share in both food and non-food categories. Judith Kolenburg shares details in a special report.
